Middle school graduation shoes?

At the beginning of June I graduate middle school. I want to wear heels, preferably wedges. I also don't want the heel to be too tall, under 4 inches if possible. What are some good stores, or is there any specific shoes you would recommend?

Try not to wear heels that are to high. When I went to my sisters middle school graduation all the girls were wearing 6 inch heals and they tripping all over the place.

I recommend Payless definitely! I got gorgeous nude patent leather 3 inch wedges there for super cheap which I wore to middle school graduation. Congrats!!

What on earth?? Middle school graduation means you're what, thirteen? Who wears heels of any kind at that age?

What school allows girls to wear shoes like that? No offense intended, but y'all are too young for that. It's bad for your legs and it just looks inappropriate. There's plenty of adorable and fancy flats, which will be much more comfortable.

@Emily...times have changed and as a parent of a teenager I really don't see a problem with wearing wedge heels...especially for a special occasion. Don't kill Anabelle's excitement about an event that is so special to her.

@Anabelle...check out Nordstrom if you're here in the States for shoes. Usually around late May/early June Nordies will have a huge selection of cute wedge sandles that you could easily get away with wearing long after graduation. Early congrats! June will be here before you know it. ;)

Thank you Shelley and Les! I'll definitely look at those stores. Emily, I can see how it would look inappropriate for a fourteen year old eighth grader to wear heels. My mom has NEVER let me wear heels before, so this is exciting for me. I wouldn't wear ones that look trashy or that a 6 inches tall. Oh and again, thank you ladies for giving me some ideas!!
