Have you eaten anything different or come in contact with new clothes, perfume, cleaning product or anything out of the ordinary? I suggest seeing a doctor. Also try taking a benedryl and put ice on it! I do not see coconut oil, jojoba oil or cetaphil lotion doing any good to this. Apply ice or a cold compress or some 100% pure cold aloe vera gel on it to see if it makes it better. Aloe Vera has been helping burn victims for years, it should take the burning sensation away.

Definitely see your doctor but as someone that has a lot of allergies I'm curious if you changed laundry detergents? I'm allergic to a lot of different ones and that is something people don't think of as much.
