How to prevent pimples after waxing?

Everytime I get my eyebrows waxed. I get pimples the following day. How can I prevent that? Thanks :)

Do they put oil on your eyebrows after you get your eyebrows wax? I used to get a lot of pimples after I got my eyebrows done I found out the reason I would break out is because they apply baby oil after there done.

Are you using a Pre-epilation cleanser before? You should also use Wax-Off after, and/or something like GiGi's No Bump Rx Treatment. These work wonders. :)

Try witch hazel or diluted tea tree oil after waxing, and make sure your skin is clean and make up free before you have it done. if your skin always breaks out from waxing (my skin is sensitive and reacts this way), you might want to consider getting your brows threaded instead.

ashley d, do they use pure aloe? if not, the other additives in it could clog your opened pores after waxing.

Witch hazel is the bomb diggity. yeah try asking! and maybe experiment with asking them not to use it and see if you have the same reaction. dickinson's sells witch hazel pads too which you could bring with you in your purse or something to use immediately after :)

Of course :) hahah they're really convenient! I should've specified, "t.n. dickinson's" is the brand. they sell straight up witch hazel too. I normally buy it at walmart so you could probably find it at a store like that. it's in the aisle where you find rubbing alcohol and other first aid products like hydrogen peroxide. I'll attach a pic of what it looks like.
