Weird red spots on my arms?

I tried getting the best picture I could. They're not so much pimples, as they don't have heads or anything. They're just red spots, I have about 5 on each arm. They don't hurt or anything, they're just kind of there. Help if you can, please. I won't be able to see my derm for awhile. Google, web md, wikipedia, nothing has helped so I came to you ladies and gents. Thanks y'all!

Maybe there's a lost mosquito somewhere in your house? or is it hot where you live? maybe it's the heat that's causing it.

It could be a bug bit. Not all of them itch, or it could be a reaction to something. Maybe try putting some benadryl or cortizon cream on it and see if that helps.

& I don't think they're bug bites, they've been there for months, I don't shave there either. :/
