My sister has little bumps under her eyes &shes always had it but she's the only one. When she put foundation on they really stand out, but she naturally has it does anyone else have it?

I don't know what it is, but I have a little bit of it too! I don't think it's anything serious.

Well no we don't think it is either but she has it all over her nose area as well &when she puts foundation it looks very cakey

Looks like she has clogged pores (milia), I'm not sure what's gentle for the eye area but everywhere else I believe a chemical exfoliant would help. I'd ask Kitty

I feel the pain. ✋ I have it only on my cheeks though, but it can make your foundation look cakey. I'm not aware of any solution, but I'm open to any suggestions one might have!

Is there any product gentle exfoliant that she could use? It's just that her face is clear except in that area

I have that too it could be clogged pores or dry skin or possibly both. to get rid of it I gently scrub the area with lemon juice and sugar scrub. then moisturize lightly after rinsing it of with cold water.
