Everyday I wake up with a new spot! My face routine is pretty hygienic and wash my face before I sleep! I've washed my makeup brushes recently but am still getting spots?! How do I prevent them?

First thing you have to see a good dermotolgist and if you can't you have to check if the product rly suits your face

How often do you change your bed linen?
No offence Carol, it's all well and good recommending dermatologists, but some people can't get to them and it's extremely difficult to see one in the UK as we have to be referred to them by a doctor, which hardly ever happens

Can't tell what the spots are, there are a lot of reasons and all kinds of spots, I always recommend a doctor or dermatologist for these things

How old are you Sweetie? Because in your teens years your skin type can change rather quickly and dramatically. My skin throughout since puberty has been Oily/Combo, Dry, Sensitive, Dry, Oily, and back to combo. Your skin type could've changed since you started on these facial products. If that's the case, the facial wash your using isn't your skin type anymore and could potentially be causing these breakouts. If your facial wash is for all skin types, your face may just be reacting to it and you need to find a new one. And you should change/clean your bedsheets at least once a week to prevent build-up. I hope I helped you Love :) If you have any further questions, feel free to ask :) Xx

I also recommend to see a doctor or dermatologist. I actually got topical acne treatments from my family doctor and they completely cleared up my breakouts. Also we can tell you a bunch of stuff that worked for us but know that all skins are different and what worked for us might not work for you. Just be careful with the stuff you put on your face because it can cause more harm than good. Just recommend to clean your pillow cases at least once a week, drink a lot of water, and I know for me the winter is really hard on my skin with the dry air in my room due to the heater and I use a humidifier. Keep your face moisturized even if your oily. :) and make sure your using products for your skin type (oily/dry/sensitive/acne-prone/combination). But I do highly recommend seeing a doctor or dermatologist! :) good luck girl!

Do you eat/drink dairy? I only got a pimple every few days and I stopped drinking dairy and I haven't got a pimple since I stopped having it. It's just an idea maybe you could try it for a week and see how it goes.
