Try exfoliating once or twice a week. And also look into using jojoba oil. It's supposed to balance out the oils in your skin.

I find that using a gentle skin care routine works best. Usually when people think of oily skin care they think getting the most harsh one, but gentle calming ones work better, plus it won't irritate the dry skin. I think Aveeno calming cleanser and moisturizer work very well.
