Has anyone tried it? Is it safe? What would you take it for?

I put this under skincare because I read people take it if they have eczema, and it helps acne

I love using oils for skin, I've currently used Rosehip, Squalene, Jojoba, Argan, Maracuja ( Passion Fruit Oil ), Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, An oil booster mix, and some others I cannot recall.
Non-volatile oils all tend to typically have anti-inflammatory properties, Evening Primrose oil being one of them. When it comes down to eczema any will be suitable. If you have acne, I suggest trying out one that is non-comedogenic and do keep in mind oils have shown to slow down the healing process so it's not something to over do. ( I'm personally a big fan of Rosehip and Squalane, but many others like to use Jojoba because it doesn't carry a high price tag. )

I haven't try them, but some of my friends have. They said it helps with menstrual cramps.
