I believe cold used tea bags make them go down.

I've applied chilled aloe vera on my lids and it helps somewhat. I woke with the same this morning due to crying all night so today I'm making my lips the focus to draw attention away from my swollen eyelids. No eye makeup except for mascara. And wearing my hair down and wild instead of pulled up in a knot. Anything to take focus away from the lids. :/

Crying, allergies, lack of sleep and dry eyes are all reasons for dry eyes. I know that raw potatoes, sliced in half, placed on your eyes for ten minutes at least should help. Raw potatoes tighten the skin. You could drink a lot of water real quick, like several glasses and I'm pretty sure that'll help. For allergies, you could take allergy medicine. It could also be a symptom along with your menstrual cycle.
