I am looking for something without Preservatives.. Cleansing or topical treatment.

The only thing I have found to help, is Shea moisture africab black soap. it was really cleansing but left my skin soft. I saw a nice reduction in break outs. hope this helps!

You can try exfoliating with a sugar scrub or just any soap and making sure you wash your back regularly and also change out of your bras and t-shirts regularly - I found that keeping on your old clothes from the day and not changing at night actually causes a lot of my back acne - cause all the dirt n sweat from the day (or after a work out) stays on the clothes then when you sleep on your back it just seeps into your back and causes the pimples - so just following good clean habits should help tremendously
