I used a few years ago and it done nothing for me. I didn't notice a difference at all personally.

I used it for about a month and could honestly tell a difference. My hair didn't really improve much on frizz but it did help tremendously in keeping my hair straighter after I've straightened it. So instead of having to straighten it every day, it was every 2 or 3 days.
