How can I do curls without heating them or iron used for curls?

After you wash your hair, braid your hair and take them out once your hair is dry. I usually do 2 or 3 braids and leave them overnight.

I do it two different ways - one is with curlers (foam non-heat curlers) in wet or dry hair overnight or if I don't have my curlers then I use socks instead and wrap sections around the sock then tie it off and leave that in wet or dry hair overnight - the smaller the curler or tighter the wrap around the sock the tighter the curls so you can achieve loose waves this way as well - also there are some YouTube tutorials for no heat curls using these methods as well.
