I like Zoeva brushes - they are not the cheapest brushes, but for the quality is really great! I have 2 set and I really love them. They are around 70-75$ for a set of like 10-15 brushes depending on the set!

I have a set of Jessup brushes that I bought on eBay. they're insanely soft and cheap- it was around $15 for 15 brushes. it's a little hard to pack on the pigment with them , but if you're looking for a cheap full set that's what I would recommend.

Agree with Sabrina, Zoeva brushes are amazing. I personally love Sigma the most, even if you would spend a lil more on them but they're totally worth it and they'd stay for years.
