I am extremely pale and my foundations NEVER match my skin. I wish there was a fashion fair like brand for the very fair skinned.

I heard the new smashbox bb water (I think that's what it's called?) works really well for pale skin!

Could you elaborate a little? Maybe give some shades that were too dark for reference, and tell us a little about the coverage level and finish you're looking for?

I love radiant and natural finishes. Coverage can vary! I'm not picky.

In that case the palest foundation I've ever come across is the MUFE Ultra HD Foundation in Y205. I would say it can be built to medium coverage, has a natural slightly glowy finish, and has neutral undertones. :)

NARS Siberia is a great colour for us pale girls, it's not pink toned either which makes a change. Would also recommend buying a white foundation to lighten any you already have

The L'oreal true match in C1 is quite fair.
I know MAC makes the full coverage foundation and I find they run quite light and they do have a fair shade even if it's not light enough I believe they have one in pure white to lighten it if need be.
