Some ideas for dewy Smokey makeup..

When it comes to skin I just rely on a dewy foundation formula and use cream based products for blush and eye looks. When I want a simple dewy look I reach for Dior Star foundation, Becca Beach Tints for Lips/Cheeks, a very light touch of colorless setting powder in my t-zone and then I follow up with an all over application of Guerlain Meterorites as my finishing powder. I apply mascara and spritz my face with rose water or a glycerin based spray to cancel out the look of powder and I'm done.
As far as a smokey dewy eye...haven't played around with that myself so I really can't comment but I know it's a real popular look being duplicated in magazines.

Luke...its that new glossy eye look. It's just clear gloss smeared across the lid after application of the eye colors. It's a crease nightmare.

And pat it on...very lightly with your pinky finger. Also check out MAC Mixing Medium Shine (you can buy it online via MAC or from a MAC Pro store). You can use it with MAC pigments and gives a nice shiny finish. Pigments worth checking out to create a smokey eye...dark soul, deep purple, naval blue. I think deep purple would look gorgeous on you and make your eyes pop.
