I think a pimple is trying to come but right now there's nothing there it's just red and in a lot of pain what can I do?

Ice will help it not hurt (though it sounds silly) if you hold it on your chin it will bring down the swelling. I also recommend just washing your face and then putting an acne fighting cream on top.

When I feel a pimple coming through, I just dab on some tea tree oil and it prevents it from coming in.
