How to quickly heal bug bites?

How do you get rid of spider and other bug bites quickly? I'm in France, and my host sister is covered in awful mosquito bites while I have a huge painful spider bite on my finger. Help!

I personally put saliva on my mosquito bites along with a bit of table salt over top. My grandma taught me this a long time ago, and it stuck, it really does work haha..as for the spider bite, I'm not sure...

For mosquito bites my mom would put cooling cream and we wouldn't scratch At ALL, they we're gone within a few days.

Try placing a cool pack on the mosquito bite to reduce the swelling. It should heal by itself though.
