I have a very bad habit of biting my lips. Like all day. I'm doing it now and just can't stop! all the inside of my lip is chewed and feels very rough, and for the past 6 months I've been chewing the outside of my lips, so the actual lip on show, it doesn't look good especially with lip product. So does anyone have any help with stopping this? Any very good nurishing lip scrubs/moisturisers ect. and is there any creams or something for the inside of my lip/gum. I know it sounds gross but it's so addictive, I don't know why :/ I feel really weird about this XD

I do the same thing but only when I'm extremely stressed. Lush has a good lip scrub and Baby Lips will help patch up spots of moisture. Apply balm before you go to bed at night and whenever you feel like biting them, try popping a tic tac or something.

When brushing your teeth slightly brush your lips so you can get rid of all the dirt skin.. It sounded strange to me at first but works lovely!
Also almond oil as a moisturiser :)

Mixing together some honey and sugar to make a scrub and scrub it on your lips to get dry skin -- or in your case loose skin from biting a lot -- than apply some Vaseline lip therapy to give moisture and help heal and instead of chewing your lips chew some gum!:D

I bite my lips all the time and I'm running my tongue over the skin I bit off and it's grossing me out to remind myself :c I bite it when I'm running and I'm fighting to keep the motivation, in school (no wonder), or my mom is freaking out and yelling at everyone to clean.
First, we should collaborate on trying to make progress and stop, haha. I've been getting better at it. Second, when it gets bad I use a wet cloth in warm water and rub it in circles on my lip (especially the peeling part on my inner lip that I bite all the time...) and then I go put Vaseline on it, which leaves it really smooth.
