What's a good moisturizer for dry skin in the Winter? My cheeks are dry, red, and kind of itchy..

For the trouble spots, after exfoliating gently, I would put on some Vaseline on your biggest trouble spots, and then spread it out to other parts of your face. I only do that when I have a couple hours before going out/to school. Before going out/to school, I'd use Cetaphil for dry skin, and just rub it all over.
