Hourglass is a good one that tackles both issues or you can mix 2 primers and just put the pore one where you need it and the matte one where you need it - the porefessional by benefit is good also the coverFX mattifying primer

I use UD's Pore Perfecting Primer Potion, Too Faced's Primed and Poreless & Estée Lauder's Mattifying Primer interchangeably.

I second what Darlene said. Porefessional by Benefit actually hides your pores without making your face all greasy.

Smashbox pore minimizing primer for your pores and lancome la base pro primer for the rest of your face.

I also advise Benefit. I use the pore minimizing lotion. The grease absorbing powder and then their tinted primer. It's such a wonderful combination for complex skin with large pores.

I usually have a big problem with this issue also, I'm a high end junkie but stumbled across nyx honey dew me up and this stuff is amazing, it's around 14 bucks and wow what a difference in my oil lately(:
