Don't touch your face
Also, set your makeup with a setting spray

Primer, setting powder, setting spray. With all those combined your makeup would be crazy to budge at all. Also another trick I learned is hair spray. It is bad for your face so I only use it when I absolutely need my makeup to stay on but it sure does the trick!

I agree with Chloe! All of the steps will help with your makeup staying put. Is your skin oily?

I think matte foundations smear less than dewy foundations but I don't know what your preference is.

Hair sprays have a lot of chemicals in it... will probably clog your pores and make you break out!! setting spray and try and find a long lasting foundation and water proof every thing

You need to invest in a barrier Spray it's stronger than a setting spray ;) this will be concrete, I use Mehron barrier and Cinema secrets barrier on faces for lasting one shot lasting proof. :)
