Well I think they are lovely colors! The rose quartz would be a lovely lip and cheek color and the serenity blue would be lovely as a eyeliner or something like that!
I must say I was more excited about the 2015 Masala - But pastels are always cute for spring and summer!

Pastel colors just don't sit too well against my skintone when it comes to eye colors. I have to anchor it with a deeper color. Peach Echo would make a lovely lippie. And the shade Fiesta would be a great blush shade (NARS exhibit a blush actually comes to mind).

Marsala was my favorite of all, the rose quartz looks fun but the serenity I have to wait and see, I only have one blue lipstick shade and that is Mac matte royal and I still have a hard time wearing it (:
