There's Nadinola you can get for $5
Then palmers has a few for about $6 one targeted for all skin types, one for oily and another for dry skin.
They also make a soap too. Called the Anti-dark spot fade cream

Aurora, those certain products help dark spots from prior breakouts?
And where may I purchase them? x:

Yaira, yes. I believe you can get them at a Walmart in the ethnic section I believe it's called. It's basically a section targeted more for black women.
Hyper pigmentation is common in most people from African descent, Asian, native, etc.
I would get hyperpigmentation all the time, especially on my legs if I had ingrown hairs they'd go down but leave dark spots.
Make sure you exfoliate, gently. I'd also suggest adding a Vitamin C serum or even a Retinol Serum(Sally's has one for $10). Vitamin C helps with brightening, Retinol will help speed up the fading of the dark spots due to it accelerating cell turnover.
I haven't been using fade creams much anymore but they definitely helped. I've been using prescription Retinol and I don't even get breakouts let alone dark spots anymore. Although I get them on my legs.
Now, I use a body wash that has vitamin C in it. It's not super effective due to it having small amount of vitamin C but it does help.
You could also buy Vitamin C drops and add it to your favorite body lotion to use on legs which is what I was planning to do since there's a site that sells the drops for only $10
