Arnica is an analgesic used as an anti-inflammatory, calendula is a soothing agent used to reduce itching and irritation, and hypericum perforatum is St. John's Wort- used for treating burns and cuts.
Most of those homeopathic remedies lack any empirical evidence of effectiveness. St. John's Wort, when taken internally, can interfere significantly with prescription medications; I have no idea if topical use will have the same issue. I would be wary of this.

Topical too^ I'm on antidepressants and both my derm and my psychiatrist warned me not too, because it can interfere in really bad ways. It can also interact with birth control, meaning you won't be protected at all.

Man I was actually excited I found something. I then looked up the reviews and they we're so good. but I am on birth control, wouldn't want to risk anything. thank you very much ladies, I shall be moving on lol!
