Okay here's the deal. My face has been mostly clear for the summer. Now as school approaches I get breakouts! I have a mask on atm, I wash my face twice everyday, I put ice on it, so forth.

My face also gets more red and oily when school comes and I think it's because I get nervous around boys.

I don't think you need to loose any weight at all! What I do though is I have an app on my phone and I log all of my food and I have an app that connects with the health app on the iphone so I can see how what I eat effects my weight and everything.
What did you do to your knee? When I was going into 6th grade I had the same exact knee brace
Also for the acne, my face does the same thing and I get stress pimples there are some pretty good spot treatments that you can get from the drug store or you could also ask your doctor for a prescription for a spot treatment which is what I have.

Ivey health and fitness questions are not allowed here on BL. I'm going to remove that part of the question and move this to the skincare section so you can get help with your skin issues.
