Good Afternoon Beautylishers:)
I was wondering what Sephoras Exchange Policy is? I have Looked online But I'm probably reading it wrong because it only talks about online purchases. I have bought my abh dipbrow pomade about a year ago in soft brown and I just recently dyed my hair Brown black and wanted to exchange it to Ebony or Granite. Should I just go ahead and buy A new one or exchange it? I don't want them to think that I'm taking advantage or something lol I appreciate any responses!

Since your dip brow is a year old I wouldn't exchange it as it wouldn't be gently used. I would just buy a new one.

Sorry I wasn't done replying lol! You can get a new one and use the soft brown for the inner parts of your brow to mimic the natural eyebrow. That's how I do my brows, I use taupe for the inner part of the eyebrow and I use medium brown to outline and fill the outer parts.

I would just buy a new one since you like the product itself and you didn't get matched wrong you just changed your hair color. That's what I did :)
