What's your current skincare routine? do you wash your face with your hands?

Well right now I just wash my face with simple face cleanser and then apply argan oil, but this started 2 months ago.

Or I don't know if it's the scarring that makes it look worse.

Period can cause acne, products you apply to your face can also cause acne and even food you eat can cause acne. What I did is I applied unflavoured greek yoghurt on my face and waited 20 then rinsed it off, I did this twice a day every day and it really really helped

What type of skin do you have for starters? Do you use primer, foundation, Beauty Balm, etc? If so, which? Are you using any spot treatments or masks?
I am not sure which Simple wash you are using, but some of their products contain irritants and fragrant oils. This can lead to irritating skin and inflammation...not only bringing on acne in some cases, but rashes or making present acne worse.
I have sensitivity to certain ingredients, many of which are natural. Are you using their wash or foaming cleanser? I suspect a fragrant ingredient or oil may be the culprit..natural or not. Can you take a clear snapshot of the ingredients or link me to the product you are using?

(Argan Oil works well for many acne prone people and sufferers so I doubt that's the issue)... but are you using pure Argan Oil or a product with argan IN it?

Rozberry it's been extremely oily and have some blackheads as well, which I have never experienced. It's been a few months that I don't wear any type of makeup, I'll say since March, so makeup is not it.

Well, looking at the ingredients, it is clear they have reformulated the product. There was a time where this line had not one, but two fragrant oils in it. It is good to see their absence.
It can be that this is just not enough for your skin alone. My best advice would be to work a salicylic acid wash into your routine or something with benzoyl peroxide or a tea tree wash to address the acne and kill bacteria. This may be "gentle", but it isn't targeting your core issue..breakouts.
You may be dealing with hormonal acne...which is tough stuff. I'd switch my wash and honestly, see a licensed Estie for a facial and to have her evaluate your complexion/advise.
I'd also be sure to use an aloe - based toner, only cotton on my face and use cotton pillowcases, changed every 3rd day.
I am not an Estie, but our skin can produce oil either to protect itself when we are running dry or when hormones are at play. The Argan should counter dryness from "acne treating" face washes. For blackheafs, a charcoal mask can do amazing things. I wish I could be if more help and hopefully the other members can advise on what has worked for them.
I must reiterate, however, that a consultation with an Estie or Derm could spare you a lot of grief and reduce potential scars.
I am interested in what others have to say. My best to you, hun.

I've also started breaking out out of nowhere, and I'm limiting the damage by using a moisturizer I got at my esthetician's, it's called Aselox by RenLive - its active ingredient is azelaic acid. the brand, unfortunately, is only available in Italy but perhaps you'll find something that works for you. Thanks Rozberry for that great answer, your esthetician will usually know what to do, mine did and it's slowly working!

Maybe wash your face with a lukewarm water and a bar of soap daily..I've done thus and it has worked within two or three days..that or you can go to a local family dollar or drug store and buy real cheap acne cream or wash I've done this and they smell good and they work! good luck! hope this helps.

I've been trying to use organic stuff, but I'm getting no results, does it really look that bad? I'm self conscious about it now.

Gabby, seeing an Esthetician doesn't mean it is "that bad", bit instead gives you a pro evaluation and treatment/regimen without the Derm pricetag. I do think using a product targeting acne would make a difference, but we are all just trying to help by providing you multiple options and never intended to make you feel self-conscious. Trust me, we have all been there with something fretting us and feeling overwhelmed. You already took the first positive step by reaching out to members. Let us know what you decide and keep your head up, pretty lady.

Don't be self-conscious! you are beautiful. I know I struggled with hormonal acne in my 20s and it felt like it came out of nowhere. I would see a derm. I only say that b/c I went through so many different OTC washes/products/creams before I got myself to the doctor. within 1 week I saw a difference and I was completely clear in 4 weeks. It would have saved me a lot of money & time to see the doctor first instead of wasting my money on products that didn't work for me. Also if it is hormonal...its difficult stuff to deal with topically and is often treated with oral medications. my doctor has me on spironolactone. Blemishes suck but you are so pretty. don't let it get you down!
