Okay so I have dry skin eczema and it causes me to get bumps on the back of my knees.. I moisturize multiple times daily with coconut oil and lotion, but it doesn't really do much for my eczema.. Do you guys have any tips on how to make the bumps/rash go away or at least less noticeable?

For sure try a prescribed lotion. I have awful eczema and it really helped. Be sure to take a hot shower or bath daily to open up the pores and follow up immediately with coconut oil.

I just red that witch hazel is good for eczema, I didn't do too much research on it though but it's worth a shot

Baths with sea salt helps 3-4 times a week with warm water not hot as it irritates the skin. I have psoriasis and it helps but the only thing thats really helped is steriod creams from my dermatologist so it might be worth your while to visit one.

I've had eczema since I was a baby. when cleaning the area try a gentle cleansing soap. Cetaphil gentle cleansing bar is a great product and its gentle enough for daily use. For moisturization I use atopiclair. its a Nonsteroidal cream that treats symptoms of eczema.
