Hey beauties!
I've started a good skincare regime by cleansing it well and having fruits and juices and it's worked pretty well for me.I have an oily skin and I use products with salicylic acid but often during the luteal phase which starts around 15 days before the bleeding phase, I notice atleast one pimple and I want to take all the measures possible to avoid them. Please help :)

It's normal to have the occasional breakout, especially hormonal breakouts (that you can't prevent). I wouldn't stress about it, just continue with your skin care routine and keep stress to a minimum.

Ahhh...I'm familiar all to well with this. The one or two spots that cycle. My own solution was Bare Minerals Blemish Therapy. The moment I see or feel a spot, that works wonders to dry it out... and heals fast.

I use a salicylic acid treatment to make the pore permeable, then I apply an azelaic acid based cream to target the breakout causing bacteria and to unclog the pores. Works like a charm for me but everyone's skin is different so I can't guarantee that it'll work for you too :)

Breeze where can I find products with azelaic acid? I'd love to try out what you recommended :)
