I picked up a sample of Mac's face and body because I have senior portraits coming up. unfortunately I don't really have to money to invest in an entire bottle. Does face and body work well for photography?? I have dry skin, will be using the Rimmel pro primer, maybelline fit me concealer, and essence setting powder (transparent)

It'll look good in photos, I don't ever have an issue with it causing flashback and it never looks cakey even when I cake it on lol.

I find if I don't use a moisturizer or something it can cling a little bit, but usually it works well! It's great in photos and never looks cakey, I really like it! They do sell mini bottles so you could invest in that if you're looking to buy it.

As long as the primer is fairly hydrating it should work fine!

I have dry skin and personally cannot stand Mac. I have tried so many foundations and I highly recommend you try out Makeup Forever HD and I also love the new Ultra HD. Definitely do a test before the pictures (also see how it photographs)! You don't wanna look back and wonder why the heck you were thinking if it doesn't work for your skin.
