I used the same base makeup for all these looks along with other products I kept the same :
Coverfx cream concealer in x-light
Maybelline dream liquid mousse in porcelain ivory
Rimmel stay matte powder
Essence blush in autumn peach (new product)
Essence matte bronzer for blondes
Essence cream highlighter in look on the bright side (new product)
Tarte gifted mascara
Catrice eye base ( new product)
Elf brow kit in medium
This first look I wanted a simple eye and simple lip since I was wearing a pair of bright purple heels :
Esika eye shadow palette in sensually dream (new product)
Elf dollar eye pencil in coffee
Essence lipstick in cool nude (new product)
Reviews :
Autumn peach - this blush is amazing! It is so pigmented that you only need the tiniest amount when you apply! The color is perfect for me, I will definitely be trying more blushes by Essence!
Cream highlighter - I like this product, the color is great and it gives the perfect amount of shimmer. The only reason I don't love it is because I have oily skin, and so when I set my foundation it looses a lot of it's shimmer. Does anyone have a powder highlighter suggestion that I can apply after I set my foundation? I would prefer drugstore, but I am not against a high end product if it will really work and last.
Catrice eye base- I bought this because I needed an eye base and Catrice is supposedly the big sister of Essence, with better quality / professional products. I really like this product though! It provides a great base for my eyeshadow, products that wouldn't last before lasted all day with this as a base. I recommend it for sure π
Esika eyeshadow palette - I don't know where this brand is from, or where you can get it, I think it may be a south American brand but I am not sure. I was personally not a fan of this palette. The shadows were kinda chalky and had very little color pay off. The colors are very pretty, but they just don't transfer. Any tips on improving color payoff? Also I will be in the states this fall and would love to pick up a few palettes, again I prefer drugstore but am not against high end products π
Essence lipstick - I can not express how much I love this lipstick! The color is perfect! It doesn't last super long in me, but I don't mind reapplying since the color is kind of a my lips but better color.
Also I chopped a bit off my hair, the ends were just completed fried. I also had some side bangs cut, and I am really liking them! In this picture I straightened it, but I realized that it looks good when it dries naturally, so the next two pictures have my hair naturally dried.
What do you guys think?
I will have the next two looks up in a second π

I feel like this lip and the essence cool nude are very similar, so I would like to just take one next month, which one do you guys prefer?

Aw don't you look beautiful Taylor! And I love the necklace in the second picture - Really cool!
How are you looking to improve the looks - I mean do you wanna try out some new things? Go bolder? Try new colors?

Thank you Sabrina. ππ to be honest I am not sure. I don't know too much about makeup, I guess maybe some new things / techniques? I have been using the same things for a long time now π

Hmm well playing with blush colors (as I know you want to) can really change a look - I think you can go brighter than on these pictures - autumn peach is such a neutral color! Now that we are moving into fall I liketo use slightlig darker blushes - like a redish brown. WIth a light hand that can give a beautiful look!
Also you have lovely big eyes - I would play them up a bit more with some eyeshadow - there are so many looks you can try out. At the moment I'm playing with smokey eyes for everyday looks - so with a browns instead of black.
But I do really like the natural look on you! It suits you well!

That is a great idea! Since it is almost spring for me, would a coral blush look good with these looks?
And I have been hesitant to try more eyeshadow, not sure why. I think now is a good time to break out of my shell and try more!! I think a brown smokey eye would work great for some of these!! Thank you so much Sabrina. πππ

Ahh thats right you are close to spring - you can ever go wrong with a coral blush if you ask me haha! But you know me - Blush addict!
If you are hesitant about eyeshadow you can always try out looks and wear them around the house and then when you feel more "brave" you can wear it when your just going for a walk or something - then before you know it you will feel comftable wearing it out :)

Wow you are so beautiful! You remind me of Emma Stone! I think it looks great but you could probably play with the eyeshadow a bit. Create some contrast by maybe a smoky eye , doesn't have to be too dark to keep it natural looking or just a color that really makes your eyes pop. And I agree with these ladies above about the coral blush. It'd look great on you.

I love these looks! You look so pretty and you have a lovely smile ; I also love you hair, it really suits you! π the lipstick in the last picture gives a great pop of colour, maybe you should add an element of colour to the other looks to brighten them up a bit
