I use a BB cream that I love so much. It makes my skin look good and it's not heavy. I have like a dewy finish, When I apply powder my face looks dry and my pores look big. Do people apply powder over BB Cream? Is it the powder I'm using? I use True Match powder and I'm not a big fan of it.

This was happening to me as well and eventually I realised it was the powder I was using. I either use the rimmel make me matte or I think it might be rimmel true match (having a mind blank) translucent powder. Whenever I use this super old translucent powder of my mums I have no problems. I just don't wear powder over my bb cream anymore or just wear moisturiser and powder.

It's definitely the powder. I wasn't fond of that powder, I'd just get a tinted or translucent powder that's loose

If you are using bb cream, try without powder. If you are a fan of the dewy look, try it and see how long it lasts without powder. I never use powder unless I need it to last 24 hours or so, but I have dry skin.
But unless your oily you probably don't need powder. Though I suggest using a loose powder with little to no color, and using only the slightest bit of it on the tzone only.
