Nope, this question comes up a lot :-) the ingredient that use to be in the tooth paste was taken out a couple of years ago so it won't work and if you choose to try any way your skin will burn from the fluoride.Dermatologist have said this many times.

I don't think toothpaste is the best for spots. In my opinion you should use cocoa butter. Hope it works! :)
