I'm not really sure of what I can do but my scalp has flakes that will detach from my head and stay in my hair and I really need some help.

Get a dandruff shampoo. It helps to moisturize the scalp and it will be fixed in no time :)

Tea tree shampoo. Its not as drying to your hair as head and shoulders, I've found it really soothes the scalp.

AG control shampoo is the best on the market. If that doesn't work, get a prescription from dr.

Use Apple Cider Vinegar in your hair before you shampoo. Apply it directly to your scalp and massage. Then apply the rest to your hair and continue to massage your scalp. Do this for about 5 minutes. I know it smells really bad. BUT ACV is known for treating flaky scalp and also helps with scalp eczema. It also balances the pH level in your scalp which contributes to not only a healthier scalp, but also healthier hair. Wash thoroughly until the smell is out and continue your hair routine as usual. Doing a deep conditioning treatment in the middle of cleansing your hair will help a lot too.
