I haven't gotten a haircut since December of 2011. It has only grown about an inch or 2. I get really upset about the length of my hair, I want it to grow. I've tried split end shampoos and conditioners and nothing seems to help. I am aware that my hair only seems like its not growing because I have split ends that continue to break. I know that I need a trim. But does anyone have any tips or tricks to help me grow healthy, strong, and long hair?! Please help me!

You just need to get the split end cut or when you use your conditioner let it set for a while then rinse with cold water.

You need to keep getting it trimmed, sounds counterintuitive but it does work, also healthy hair comes from the inside, so try taking a multivitiamin every day and make sure you eat well =]

Get a trim to cut of the split ends. If you just let it grow it will be all split ends that are growing and no new and healthy hair. So get a trim.
