First off she has loads of highlights and low lights in that picture.
Secondly if you don't know what you are doing then DON'T EVEN TRY.
You will not be able to do this yourself, you need to go to a salon.

You can save a little money IF you have virgin hair by getting a high lift dye. you might get it to dark blonde that way as a base so you can get some professional highlights done.

I dont even think you need bleach. Just go to Sally's get goldwell or whatever else. Do not get argon oil hair color ypur hair will come out reddish. Just get a color that you want and 30 developer.

Omg so much horrible advice! I really hope you go to a salon. I've worked in plenty of salons and also dyed my hair a ton. But I'm telling you right now if you don't know what you are doing you will ruin your hair. I've seen it a hundred times.

if you don't go to a salon your hair will be yellow and you'll have to waste even more time and money getting it corrected.... this me, that's what happened to me when I bleached my hair...

I also advise going to a salon. I've had ultra light blonde hair for the better part of the past 11 years and I would never even dream of doing it at home even though I've seen the process done tons of times. The hair also looks quite dimensional, which is not as easy as a single, solid color. Doing this at home will be a disaster and you will have to pay for it to be fixed anyways with extra damage, so please go to a salon. You'll be so much happier if you do. Good luck!
