Of you can get it's a 10 with keratin it has worked wonders on a client of mine who had her dry brittle hair... Also try some conditioning treatments there are some DIY treatments that work well just research it and the it's a 10 is shampoo and conditioner

treat it from the inside. try eating 2400mcg of biotin everyday.

I personally have never tried it so I would not know but I would research it a little and see what other people's experiences with it have been.

Perhaps castor oil too. It's the 'new' natural thing in Paris theses days.
