hi,
I get ance evem though I wash my face in the morning and before I go to sleep.

do you have any advice of tips on how to get rid of it or cover it up??

Hi.
If u use foundation etc on ur face to brighten your face, it will cover up the redness n such. Get your skin tone and ur set.
To try to get rid of, i would trust pro activ. They are trustworthy and does work over time.
