Not sure how they are affected by genetics, but I usually make chamomile tea and put the COLD teabag on my eye for a little while.

I have them because of allergies but use the dark circle eraser by maybelline and it works wonders. And the cold tea bag, I do that before I do my make up and it really helps!

Thanks, Ladies. I'll try the cheaper tricks first and if worse comes to worst I'll try the Estee Lauder. My friend works at their counter but I'm still broke. lol
