I really want to shed some belly fat but I fear working my stomach out can disrupt the healing process of my new belly button piercing. Any ideas??

And this! Do these all! And also you cAnnot spot reduce! So you have to do things that engage your whole body! Most of these exercises do, but you should run/jog on a treadmill for 30 minutes after for amazing results!

And MOST importantly you neeed to put good carbs in your body a hour or less after your workout! Good examples include: low fat chocolate milk, a banana, peanut butter, oatmeal. You have to fuel your body! And eat something very small before workout like oatmeal or a egg white. Drink 5 or 6 whole water bottles a day or 8 to 10 small glasses of water! And eating a lot of fiber flattens that belly! Whole grains too!

Oh and working out wont hurt your healing! Just don't lean back to far, and when you workout wear just a bra or cut off top so your shirt doesn't get caught! And remember water, running, fueling before and after and get 8 hours of zzz's a night
