Well androgynous is having characteristics of both genders, so mixing masculine and feminine silhouettes ought to help. That hairdo is pretty feminine, so maybe more tailored and constructed clothing would balance it?

There are so many great menswear inspired styles out. I love oxfords and you can find really great fun colors or just stick with basic classic shades. For bottoms, you could do cigarette pants, or cuffed chinos. Blazers are always nice and tailored looking without being overly manly or stiff, and you can do anything underneath-- I love pairing blazers with just a plain crew neck t-shirt and then adding a statement necklace. You can still do more feminine pieces like skirts, dresses, and tunics; just add in more structured and "heavy" pieces to balance. I love to wear dresses with my Doc Martens boots. Just play around with different pieces and have fun!
