I have deep sores from acne, scabs, and lots of smaller breakouts.. I'm tired of dealing with it. None of my face washes are working! Any advice, tips, or tricks?

Hey there...I use to suffer with all the things you said above.
now before you go and figure out something to put on your face..you have to find your skin type..
that's pretty simple..is it sensitive, dry, oily, or combination.
once you have that.... then you can begin your journey to the world of acne products.
Now i know you don't want to sit there testing all these different things on your skin and that's actually a bad thing, but what you can do is start be practicing, deep cleansing for your pores and regular moisturizing. I actually have a recipe on my blog...for that . You also may have to find the cause of the breakouts etc...which may just be bacteria and dirt build up clogging your pores, or your skin may not agree to certain things that you put on it, it can also be your insides and all these other chain of factors.
I am not a Dermatologist or specialist but I am advising out of experience.
If you need more advice on this you can freely ask and I will be happy to answer..
I hope this was at least a bit of help to your problem. .
and also one great thing you should try are supplements, like biotin and fish oil...all the good natural stuff.

I've never really known my skin type, but I'm almost positive that it's really sensitive. lol

Are you usually oillier later in the day or does your skin mainly feel dry?

well its not a huge deal if you don't know...if your skin is dry, then it is more prone to breakouts, oily skin isn't going to be as bad and sensitive skin is in between..
but you can start a regiment if that will help..
like in the morning you can cleanse, later in the day while your out, moisturize and if you do wear makeup or don't then end with a wash....and you can deep cleanse when you feel your skin is irritating you or it is breaking out badly. It can also be stress.
