Liquid Foundation Drug Store Recs?

Hey! I haven't used liquid foundation in years as it would break me out terribly. I switched to mineral makeup.

Now that I'm jumping head first into my makeup career, I'd like to start playing with liquid.

Can anybody recommend a drugstore brand that lasts, looks fresh and has a soft finish. Not matte, not dewey.
