I need help trying to control my curly hair.

I have extremely curly hair naturally and nobody else related to me does so I don't have many people I can go to for hair advice. After years of trial and error I have figured out how to keep it tame, but I have to use SO much product and it usually comes out crunchy. I was wondering if anybody has any tips on controlling it without using so much product and keeping the curls soft.

You should look up the curly girl method. I have curly hair too, and it changed my life! Basically, it is based on more conditioner and less fake stuff... Like sulfates and silicones. You will be surprised how much of a difference it really makes!

i also have curly hair and it so dry so it became so crazy looking and so difficult to manage. i'm not here to promote any products i'm using, i mention it just because it really help me through this problem a lot. since the first time i used tresemme shampoo (deep repair) and conditioner (smooth and shine), my hair is smoother and not as frizzy dizzy as before. i also realize that my curls are bigger (means my hair is a bit straighter). apart from that, i just wash my hair once in 3 days because i have very dry hair and i wear headscarf everyday.

The be curly curl controller would work magic for your type of hair! It doesn't enhance your curls just controls them and loosens them. Without the crunchy feel or look. Your curls will look soft and manageable without frizz and a wet look :)

Have you tried Coco Shoco? Brazilian blowout? I've tried it and now I have really straight hair during 3 months! It is so cool and let me love my hair)))
