there's no magic thing that suddenly grows hair but as a hairstylist I always reccomend biotin. you can get it at walmart.

Biotin, keeping it trimmed regularly. And by getting a trim, I mean just snipping the bare minimum off the ends. If you don keep your ends fresh or it is dangled it will still grow from the scalp but it will break off on the ends, keeping it from actually getting longer.

I use to dye my hair.. N I would cut it every 3-6 months n that would cause my hair to stay at a short length. I've stop dying it n even cutting it.. I use treatments for my hair.. I massage my scalp with castor oil n coconut oil. Castor oil is so thick so I mix w coconut oil. My hair has grown but I think that it depends on you. Not everyone's hair grows fast
