My skintone in the middle of Honey Beige & Caramel, so I just mix the two. Besides that, I love this foundation. Since it's a mousse, the key is to apply it lightly, then layer if needed. A lot of people I know have problems with Maybelline's Mousse foundations because they aren't applying it properly. The coverage is good. I recommend using a primer if your planning to wear it for most of the day.
For some reason, I've never been a fan of Revlon lip products. This is no exception. I bought 2 (Lust & Twilight), didn't like the way they looked on me. Dried out my lips really bad. It looked like I took a regular Crayola marker and filled in my lips. The only good thing was the actual balm on the other end. It feels really nice and moisturizes well. The balm is short lived though since it either gets smushed or breaks off from the cap. Revlon would benefit if they just sold the balm. It's better than most brands.
I once hated this, now I love it.
When I first purchased this, I hate it because I didn't know how to apply it properly. Then a friend of mine told me to apply it with my fingers, THEN blend it with a dense brush or a wedge sponge. I took her advice, now I see this foundation from a totally different perspective. This foundation is targeted towards those with oily skin, NOT DRY. So if you have dry skin, don't purchase this.
HG Drugstore Foundation
I've been using this foundation for over a year now. I decided to get my first bottle last September when I watched a youtube review from MakeupGeekTv since she compared it to MAC Studio Fix Liquid. (which looked too orange on my face and made me breakout) Since then, it's the only foundation that I use. I highly recommend it. The shades match perfectly.
