I went to Walgreens this past weekend and picked up two items from the ELF Cosmetics Disney Villians Collection. Every set in the collection, even the nail polishes, is just $9.99. That makes it one of the most affordable makeup collections I've seen in awhile. While the eyeshadows leave a lot to be desired, the other products in the set are great. You can buy the products online or at your local Walgreens! Check the website to find out which store near you has the collection since it isn't sold in every Walgreens store.
