1. Low manipulation. low mani. means to limit you use on combs and brushes and anything that will make those two textures clash.
2. Finger detangle. this tip goes hand and hand with low mani. with finger detangling you always want to make sure you hair is fully moisturized. make sure you finger detangle section by section to really get you hair fully detangled.
3. Wear a satin or silk bonnet before you sleep. your hair may dry out on a pillow.
4. protective styling. make sure you wear buns or braids when you hair is dry because these hot summer days and these cold winter months can really dry out your hair.
