I deep condition my hair 2x a week on my co-wash days and wash days
I deep condition my hair before I cowash and that helps to soften up my new growth and lock in moisture after I deep condition with queen helene I co-wash with herbal essence longterm relationship conditioner 2x this makes my hair super soft.Once I rinse out I then add my leave-in Aphogee green tea/pro-vitamin leave-in,hebal essence longterm relatioship leave-in,and chi silk fusion. I then air dry using scarf method, if down on time I will air dry 90-95% of the way then blow dry on cool air.I moisturize and seal always with wave Nouveau or scurl no drip and seal with coconut oil. I always after co-wash or wash days oil my scalp after moisturizing and sealing with my jbco.

On wash days I deep condition with queen helene first ALWAYS!!!! helps soften up new growth and easier to detangle I wash with creme of nature moisture shampoo then use a creme of nature ultra moisturizing condition leave on for 5mins or so then do a light protein treatment with Aphogee 2min andI only use Aphogee 2min on wash days I keep this on with plastic cap for 5mins rinse then add leave-in, Air dry hair using scarf method moisturize and seal and then oil scalp with jbco always bun my hair when done.

If my hair feels dry I do the baggy method added conditioner and my favorite oils I no longer prepoo

so help this helps someone and i'm currently 10weeks post i'm going to be stretching until 20-24 weeks.In a few weeks i'll be getting my hair braided again guys
