You can definitely do a cut crease on hooded lids. Just go a bit higher than your natural crease and feel for the hallow part of your eye socket to cut your crease.

I have no idea! I think it's in Chinese or something but it looks like this V.K 克 - 純白 ... If I'm correct it translates to "VK g - White" I hope that helps..
